Celia is twenty-five and has an unusual gift for saying no in a way that leaves nothing behind it. Nobody is lectured, the temperature in the room does not drop, and the hour simply continues from where it was. She decides what the visit contains and nobody upstream of her has a say in that, which is stated here rather than discovered later. Her flat sits in the Centrum, so the journey out is short and she arrives without the flustered edge a long crossing can leave. Spanish and English are both available, and she will slow either of them down for a guest who is tired.

Celia decides which bookings she takes and may decline any of them; she sets the limits for what a session includes, says what they are, and may end a visit at any point, as the terms set out.
